-
This Agreement is made by and between Scout and the CLIENT. This Agreement applies to the Scout SITE, including its electronic content and software currently available on the SITE, which provides the CLIENT with the games and services offered by Scout.
-
Scout reserves the right to impose certain conditions (beyond those detailed in Clauses 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) on the admission of Players to the games. Such conditions may include, but are not limited to, a minimum number of completed games and the verification of payment transactions. Scout also reserves the right to extend or change the services available on the Website at any time.
-
The maximum amount that can be bet on any product offered on the SITE is determined by Scout specifically for each event and each type of bet. These limits are subject to change without prior written notice.
-
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine the minimum and maximum bet amounts for each bet and to restrict stakes or bets from an account. The applicable bets and stake limits will be clearly displayed on our website at the time you place your bet(s). The term "bets" refers to all products available on the SITE, as defined in the Definitions Section.
-
The decisions are taken after careful consideration, and once made, will not be reversed.

Players can access their transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, and bet details, at any time. A minimum of 3 months’ history is available, with up to 12 months provided upon request. Current account balance is displayed on the interface.
3. Membership Eligibility
-
The Services are available to, and may only be used by, individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of domicile. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure that their participation in betting activities is legal in their jurisdiction.
-
The Services are strictly unavailable to persons under the age of 18 or those below the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction ("Minors"). If the CLIENT is a Minor, they are prohibited from using this service. If you do not meet the eligibility criteria, please do not use our SITE. -
When the CLIENT submits their first withdrawal request, they must provide the details of their personal bank account or any other acceptable payment method for the withdrawal.
-
The CLIENT is responsible for securing their Username and Password for their account with Scout. Scout will not be held liable for any damages caused due to the CLIENT's inappropriate or irregular use of their Account.
-
The CLIENT must register personally and not on behalf of someone else. The CLIENT is not allowed to register if they already have an active account with Scout. Each person may only have one account. The use of more than one Account per individual is known as "multi-accounting," and it is strictly prohibited. Scout reserves the right to close any User Account and cancel all transactions related to any Player found to have registered multiple Accounts under their own name or different names, especially if this was done with the intent of defrauding or cheating.
-
Scout will treat the CLIENT's information with care, in accordance with the disclosures made during the registration process and as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

-
The CLIENT agrees that Scout shall be entitled to conduct identification, background, and verification checks from time to time as required by applicable laws and regulations, including for the purpose of complying with anti-money laundering laws and regulations and other regulatory requirements. The CLIENT agrees to provide all information requested in connection with these checks, including, but not limited to, occupation, salary, and supporting documentation. Scout is under no obligation to notify the CLIENT of these checks. Scout reserves the right to suspend or restrict the CLIENT's Account until such verification checks are completed satisfactorily.
-
All documentation provided for KYC (Know Your Customer) or other purposes must be submitted in Latin script(languages using the classical Latin alphabet). For documents in other writing systems, an official transliteration into the Latin alphabet or an official translation into English must be provided.
5. Password Security
-
The User is advised to choose a strong and non-predictable password for security purposes and is responsible for ensuring that this password remains confidential.
-
It is the Player's responsibility to keep their Username and security details, including their password, confidential. Any gaming activity conducted on the website under the Player's Username and security details will be considered valid, regardless of who participates in the game. If the Player suspects that their security details are no longer confidential, they must notify Scout immediately. Upon notification, Scout will issue new security details, and any future transactions made under the compromised details will be considered void.
-
Scout will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to a User Account by a third party and accepts no liability for any loss suffered due to the illicit use of a Player's password or unauthorized access to their account. Scout is also not responsible for any transaction made under the Player's registered Username and password, as long as those credentials were entered correctly.
6. Legal Restrictions
-
The CLIENT warrants their understanding that laws regarding online gambling vary across different jurisdictions, and it is the CLIENT’s sole obligation to ensure compliance with any applicable law, regulation, or directive relevant to their country of domicile. The ability to access the Scout SITE does not necessarily mean that Scout Services and/or CLIENT activities through it are legal under the laws, regulations, or directives applicable to the CLIENT's country of domicile.
-
The CLIENT understands and accepts that Scout is unable to provide legal advice or assurances regarding the legality of using its services in any specific jurisdiction. It is the CLIENT's sole responsibility to ensure that they comply with the laws governing them at all times and that they have the legal right to play the games. Participation in the games is at the CLIENT's sole option, discretion, and risk. By playing the games, the CLIENT acknowledges that they do not find the games or services to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent in any way.
-
The CLIENT guarantees that they are not a resident of any "Excluded Countries."
-
Scout does not intend for its SITE to be used for betting or other purposes by CLIENTS located in countries where such activities are illegal. Scout's SITE does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or invitation for the use of its games or other services in any jurisdiction where such activities are prohibited by law.
-
CLIENTS shall not treat Scout as a financial institution, nor shall they expect interest on their deposits.
-
It is unlawful to deposit money obtained through illegal means. All transactions are subject to checks to prevent money laundering.
-
Gambling while under the age of 18 (or the legal age for gambling in relevant jurisdictions) is strictly forbidden and may constitute an offense. Scout takes its responsibility to prevent access by underage individuals very seriously. Electronic age verification checks are carried out, and although we aim to make the process as seamless as possible, additional information may be required from you to complete the verification process.
7. Limited Use
-
Scout grants the CLIENT a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited personal License to access the SITE. This License is conditioned on the CLIENT’s continued compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
-
The CLIENT agrees not to resell any marketing materials provided by Scout, nor to permit unauthorized access to the SITE by others. The CLIENT also agrees not to copy, reproduce, or use any materials appearing on the SITE for resale or any other purpose without the prior written consent of Scout.
-
The CLIENT shall be held responsible for, and bound by, any unauthorized use of the SITE that violates the terms outlined in this section.

-
The License granted under this Agreement will automatically terminate if Scout determines that any information provided by the CLIENT, including their email address, is no longer current or accurate, or if the CLIENT fails to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. If Scout establishes that the CLIENT has abused or violated any of its games or services, the License will also terminate. Upon notification of such a violation, the CLIENT agrees to cease accessing the services immediately.
-
Scout reserves the right, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, to terminate the CLIENT’s access to any or all services, close the CLIENT’s open transactions, and remove or discard any information or content provided through its services.

Scout reserves the right to take action to detect and prevent the use of such software by Players. If Scout identifies or has reasonable suspicion of the use of prohibited programs, Scout reserves the right to freeze the Player's Account for a minimum of six (6) months, confiscate any funds in that account, and/or suspend the Player from using Scout's Services.
-
In the event of misconduct by a CLIENT, Scout is entitled to immediately terminate the Agreement with the CLIENT and exclude them from further use of the Website. Scout may also interrupt and terminate ongoing games, block the CLIENT or the CLIENT’s Account with or without prior notice, and retain any funds or winnings derived from misconduct until the matter is clarified.
-
Misconduct also includes any violation of the Sportsbook rules.
9. Account Cancellation
-
Scout reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel services and/or refuse to distribute profits to any CLIENT for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to the following:

-
Scout reserves the right to terminate games without prior notice, especially in cases where irregularities, violations, or other suspicious activities are detected.
10. Aborted or Miscarried Games and Errors
-
In the event of a miscarried or aborted game, for any reason whatsoever, all players’ transactions are always accurately logged in Scout's systems.
-
Scout reserves the right to correct or declare results void in hindsight if the outcome of the game was caused by a technical default, fraudulent behavior by a Player, or through a fake wager. Additionally, Scout reserves the right to recall any payment made in error.
-
If any incorrect information is published on the Website, Scout reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to correct such errors and take the necessary steps to ensure fair service for its clients. Errors may include, but are not limited to, the following:

-
Participation in Cash Games with real stakes requires the CLIENT to deposit funds into their Gaming Account, as detailed in the deposit procedures described below.
12. Withdrawals
-
Players may withdraw their account balance without any undue restrictions. All requirements, subject to outstanding wagering or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations, comply with regulatory standards, and are clearly stated in these terms and conditions. Available withdrawal methods and related information, including applicable fees, are detailed in the Deposits and Withdrawals Section on the website.
-
For UK customers, Scout Ltd will verify the identity of the customer before processing any withdrawal. All withdrawals for UK customers are handled by Scout Ltd, following the UK Gambling Commission’s guidelines for handling player funds. These funds are segregated in accordance with the UK Gambling Commission’s rules for player protection.

Ltd, following the Malta Gaming Authority’s (MGA)guidelines for handling player funds. These funds are segregated in accordance with the MGA's rules for player protection.
-

While Scout does not charge a fee for currency conversion, your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees. Please verify these fees with your financial institution.
-
Withdrawal payments can only be made in the name of, and to, the registered account holder. In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations, Scout will verify the customer’s identity and payment method ownership before completing any withdrawal. Wherever possible, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits.
-

Withdrawals are processed to the most recent funding source used within the last 6 months. If unavailable, the next most recent source is used, with KYC and AML checks. If no source has been used in the last 6 months or the source is inactive, withdrawals will be processed to an alternative source, subject to verification.
-
Withdrawals are non-reversible. Scout will not encourage or tolerate withdrawal cancellations. Once a withdrawal request is made, the funds are immediately deducted from the FanTeam account, and the transaction is processed accordingly.
-
Player balances are held in segregated accounts and are not used for operational expenses. This ensures that your funds are always available for withdrawal, in accordance with our banking and security procedures.
-
Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn if tied to an active gaming session or if the Player has not met applicable bonus terms or wagering requirements.
-
Scout reserves the right to suspend or close accounts or deny withdrawals if it believes that deposits were made without any intent to play. Scout also reserves the right to investigate cases where deposited funds are not used for gameplay and to report such cases to the relevant authorities. In these scenarios, Scout may apply a cost-reflective processing fee for the withdrawal request.
-
Withdrawal limits for payment cards specify the maximum number of transactions and total EUR amount that a single account holder can receive within 1, 7, or 30-day periods. 13. Deposits
-
To fund a Player Account (by transferring money to Scout's account), CLIENTS can utilize the available deposit methods, which are detailed in the Deposits and Withdrawals section on the website.
-
In compliance with applicable regulations, credit cards or other credit-based payment methods are strictly prohibited for any gambling-related payments. This includes the indirect use of credit cards through third-party services, such as e-wallets that allow credit card funding. Deposits must be made solely for the purpose of participating in games on the website, and customers must use payment methods registered in their own name.
-
Customers must only fund their accounts using payment methods that are registered in their own name. If Scout identifies that the name on the payment method differs from the account holder information we have on record, Scout reserves the right to invalidate such deposits and void any winnings arising from them.
-
Scout reserves the right to impose certain conditions on the use of specific payment methods. These conditions may be based on regulatory changes, changes from the payment provider, or other factors, and may be enforced without prior notice.
-
Scout does not guarantee that all deposit methods will be always available.
-
The minimum deposit amount per transaction is €10, depending on the deposit method. The maximum deposit amount may be adjusted at Scout's discretion.
-
It is unlawful to deposit funds obtained through illegal means. If such a deposit is detected, Scout reserves the right to freeze the account and all associated funds, and to forward the relevant information and/or funds to the appropriate authorities.
14. Bonuses
-
Bonuses can only be received once per household, person, email address, payment method, IP address, or device.
-
Scout reserves the right to investigate any violations of this rule at any time, as detected by our system. In the event of such violations, Scout may apply restrictions to the affected accounts, including but not limited to account closure, suspension, and/or the removal of bonuses and winnings.
-
Bonuses are typically implemented as cashback on the rake paid for joining a tournament. After a tournament is completed, a percentage of the rake paid by the Player will be refunded to the Player's account as playable funds.
-
If a tournament is cancelled, or any action is taken that results in a rake refund, Scout reserves the right to also revert the issued bonus associated with the cancelled tournament.
-
Bonus money must be claimed within 2 months of signup. Any bonuses not claimed within this period will expire.
-
Scout reserves the right to offer improved bonus terms at its discretion. These improvements may include, but are not limited to, the earlier release of bonus funds, negating the cancellation of rake refunds on cancelled tournaments, extending the deadline for bonus usage, and similar enhancements.
-
Additionally, Scout reserves the right to offer further bonuses or promotions to users at any time.
15. Fees and Charges
-
The base currency in Scout's software is EURO; however, the account balance of the CLIENT may be displayed in a different currency.
-
If no transaction has been recorded on a CLIENT’s account for 18 months, the account is considered inactive. Unless the CLIENT’s account is excluded from gambling, after the 18th month of inactivity, Scout will charge an inactivity fee of €5 per month. The inactivity fee will not cause the account balance to go negative. The fee will stop as soon as the CLIENT performs a transaction (such as gaming, deposit, or withdrawal) or when the balance on the account is exhausted. Scout will notify the CLIENT at least 30 days in advance before their account becomes inactive of any inactivity fee deduction.
-
If no transaction has been recorded on a CLIENT’s account for 30 months, or if the CLIENT requests to close the account, self-excludes, or the account is blocked, Scout will remit the remaining balance to the CLIENT within 5 working days after receiving the CLIENT’s updated bank details. This applies if the balance exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount of €20, plus any applicable fees.
-
CLIENTS may close their accounts at any time by contacting [email protected]. To claim funds from a dormant, closed, blocked, or excluded account, the CLIENT must contact Scout via email at [email protected]. Scout will notify the CLIENT by email at least 30 days before any deductions and will urge the CLIENT to withdraw funds from the inactive account.
-
Statements will be issued on a quarterly basis, and fees will continue to accrue according to the auto-renewal terms if the CLIENT fails to provide the required 30-day written notice of termination to [email protected].
-
The CLIENT expressly authorizes Scout to collect any due fees under these terms and conditions by debiting the CLIENT’s payment card on file or from the CLIENT’s Scout account.
-
To cover part of the deposit and withdrawal fees paid to our payment solution providers, Scout charges small fees on certain withdrawals. These fees are based on a cost-sharing structure between fanteam.com and users, reflecting our internal costs. Each month, users are entitled to two free withdrawals, after which fees will apply. Pending withdrawals count toward the withdrawal limit. Free withdrawals do not roll over to the next month if unused.
Withdrawal Fees:

- Paypal: 4.95% (max €20, min €5)
- Skrill: 4.95% (max €20, min €5)

-
In no event shall Scout, its directors, or employees be liable to the CLIENT for any damages whatsoever, including without limitation indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from or in connection with the CLIENT’s use of the SITE or services, including but not limited to the quality, accuracy, or utility of the information provided. -
If you wish to participate in tournaments, betting, or gaming using the SITE, you must deposit funds into your account. Such funds may then be used to place bets or play games. Further details on how to deposit, withdraw, and transfer funds can be found in the Help Center on the website.

You agree not to make any charge-backs, reversals, or cancellations of deposits into your account. If such actions occur, you agree to refund and compensate Scout for such unpaid deposits, including any expenses incurred in the collection of your deposit.
-
We are required by our license to inform you about the status of funds held in your account in the event of insolvency. We hold customer funds separate from company funds in a bank account and in reserve funds with our payment processors. These funds are not protected in the event of insolvency (not protected segregation).
-
You are responsible for reporting your winnings and losses if such reporting is required by your local tax laws or other authorities.
-
We will hold monies in the deposit account and/or escrow account referred to in this section as trustee for you and not as your banker or debtor. 17. Anti-money Laundering Procedures
-
No person shall abuse this SITE for the purpose of money laundering. Scout employs best-practice Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations for all Know Your Customer (KYC) and other operations. Scout reserves the right to refuse to do business with, discontinue business with, and reverse the transactions of CLIENTS who do not adhere to the following AML requirements and policies:
-
Winnings will only be paid to the individual who initially registered and opened the account, and specifically only to the originating payment method on file.
-
When a CLIENT funds an account via payment card deposits, winnings will only be distributed to the individual whose name appears on the card used to make the deposit and will only be paid back to the same card.
-
Only one account is allowed per person. No winnings will be paid on accounts opened under false names or multiple accounts opened by the same person.
-
Scout reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require a CLIENT to provide additional proof of identity (KYC documentation), such as a notarized copy of a passport or other means of verification, as deemed necessary. Scout may, at its discretion, suspend the account until such proof is provided to its satisfaction.
-
All transactions are checked to prevent money laundering, including the monitoring of deposits and withdrawals for suspicious activity.
-
If the CLIENT fails to comply with these rules and regulations, Scout may suspend the Player's Account pending further investigation.
-
-
Any suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.
18. Intellectual Property

-
The CLIENT agrees not to delete, alter, or remove any copyright notices or other indications of protected intellectual property rights from materials received from Scout or accessed on Scout’s SITE. The CLIENT does not obtain any intellectual property rights, nor any right or license to use such materials or the SITE, except as expressly set out in this Agreement.
-
All images displayed on the SITE are either the property of Scout or are used with permission. 19. Indemnification
-
The CLIENT agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scout, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with:

20. Term and Termination
-
These terms will remain in effect indefinitely unless otherwise notified by the CLIENT or Scout. Scout reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time by providing notice to the CLIENT. Upon termination, the CLIENT will no longer be able to initiate new transactions. If updates to the terms are implemented, the CLIENT will be asked to re-accept the terms. Failure to follow this procedure will result in account termination.
-
The CLIENT may terminate this Agreement by providing a 30-day written notice to Scout's customer support at [email protected]. Failure to provide this written notice will result in the CLIENT remaining bound by all applicable terms and conditions.
21. Marketing and Promotion
-
Scout’s marketing and promotional materials comply with UKGC and MGA regulations, ensuring they are clear, not misleading, and respectful of customer self-exclusion and responsible gambling measures. Winners’ information will only be used for promotional purposes with their explicit consent.
-
If a Player wins an amount of €10,000 or more through the use of the Software or Service, the Player may be asked to grant Scout the rights and authorization to use the Player’s username, name, and/or portrait in all media as part of the company’s marketing and promotional efforts, including on its websites. However, granting such permission will be entirely at the Player's discretion.
22. Privacy
-
By opening an account with Scout, the Player implicitly grants authorization for the processing of personal data in compliance with the EU, UK, and other applicable laws. The processing of personal data is exclusively conducted for the purpose of account maintenance and the provision of services offered by Scout. FanTeam is committed to processing and protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Scout ensures the privacy, confidentiality, and security of its CLIENTS' personal information, during and after their interactions with the company, to the fullest extent possible.
-
When CLIENTS register with Scout, they agree to provide personal information that will be used to confirm the CLIENT's identity and secure their deposits and player account. This information is collected as part of stringent verification procedures designed to deter international money laundering and ensure the security of CLIENT activities. Only authorized personnel will process and access this data.
-
CLIENTS are responsible for providing true, updated, and accurate information regarding their identity. They confirm they are registering on their own behalf and are not acting in any way that could be considered fraudulent or as impersonating another individual.
-
Scout's data collection procedures include gathering information freely provided by the CLIENT, as well as using cookies to collect data on how CLIENTS interact with the SITE. These tools are used to enhance CLIENT security. All data collected by Scout is shared only with personnel responsible for verifying CLIENT account information to ensure confidentiality and security.
-
Scout will never disclose private or confidential information regarding its CLIENTS to third parties without the express, written consent of the CLIENT, except where required by law or necessary for identity verification or account security purposes.
-
By registering with Scout and engaging with its products and/or services, CLIENTS consent to the use of their information for account management and transactions. All interactions between the CLIENT and Scout will be stored for record-keeping purposes and may be used by Scout in case of disputes.
-
Scout is committed to ensuring the confidentiality of CLIENTS' personal information by implementing robust data protection procedures. These procedures are regularly updated to continually safeguard CLIENT data.
-
From time to time, Scout may contact CLIENTS via email to provide further information about Scout products or services. Scout may also inform CLIENTS of unique promotional offers. By consenting to these terms during registration, CLIENTS agree to receive such communications. Those wishing to opt out of further contact can do so by contacting customer support.
-
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities without delay.
-
Player and transactional data is available for the required regulatory oversight in real-time, in line with the applicable guidelines for technical infrastructure.
-
Player data and documents will be retained by Scout for a minimum of 5 years after the business relationship has ended or after the date of the last transaction, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Data and documents older than 3 years will be archived. A user who has closed their account may contact support to request that their account be anonymized and personal details removed, subject to retention requirements. However, personal data related to financial transactions or due diligence will be retained for a minimum of 5 years after the end of the business relationship or the last transaction and may be retained for an additional period if required by law or competent authorities. No retention guarantee is provided for insignificant data such as interim results or unplayed lineups, unless such data is linked to financial transactions or regulatory compliance, in which case it will be retained for at least 5 years.
23. Responsible Gambling
-
Scout is committed to ensuring that its CLIENTS gamble responsibly, while acknowledging that gambling can become addictive and negatively impact some individuals. As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, we offer various tools that CLIENTS can use to manage their gambling behavior. Also, all responsible gambling tools are easily accessible on mobile devices. The tools can be set by the CLIENT in their account and include options to:
-
Set limits on bets, losses, and deposits.
-
Self-exclude for a period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or indefinitely.
-
-
When opting for self-exclusion, CLIENTS will have limited access to their accounts. During the self-exclusion period, they will be unable to play, deposit, or participate in games, but they will retain the ability to withdraw any remaining funds and view their team status.
-
After the self-exclusion period ends (or after a minimum of 6 months), the CLIENT may request to revoke or modify their self-exclusion status. This request will be subject to review to ensure it aligns with responsible gambling practices. For definite exclusion periods (6 months, 1 year, or 5 years), any requests for changes will take effect 24 hours after approval. For indefinite exclusion periods, requests for revocation will take effect 7 days after approval, allowing time for reflection before any changes are applied.
-
For UK customers, Scout participates in GAMSTOP, a multi-operator self-exclusion scheme for the online gambling sector. By registering with GAMSTOP, CLIENTS can self-exclude from all gambling operators licensed in Great Britain with a single request. More information and registration details can be found at GAMSTOP.
-
When signing up for GAMSTOP, CLIENTS will be excluded from gambling with all online gambling operators licensed in Great Britain for the selected period of 6 months, 1 year, or 5 years. It is important for CLIENTS to keep their GAMSTOP account information (such as email addresses and phone numbers) up to date to ensure that the exclusion remains effective.
-
Please note that self-exclusion through GAMSTOP does not automatically trigger the return of withdrawable funds from other companies where accounts are held. The CLIENT must contact the relevant company directly to arrange withdrawals. GAMSTOP is not responsible for the return of funds. Additionally, CLIENTS will not be able to cancel their self-exclusion until their chosen minimum exclusion period has elapsed. Once this period has passed, they will need to contact GAMSTOP to request the removal of the self-exclusion. If no request is made, the self-exclusion will remain in effect.
-
Our website contains useful information and links to independent gambling support organizations that offer free and confidential advice through various contact methods. These resources provide general information on how to gamble safely and where to seek help if experiencing gambling-related issues. If the CLIENT believes they may be negatively affected by gambling, we encourage them to seek help through these resources and contact us directly.
24. Country Restrictions on FanTeam
-
Scout reserves the right to designate certain countries as restricted, meaning that individuals from these countries are prohibited from using our services or registering on FanTeam ("Excluded Countries"). If, during the registration process, your country is not listed as an available option, this indicates that we do not offer our services in that country.
-
The CLIENT warrants and represents that they are not a resident of any Excluded Country at any time. Internet gambling may be wholly or partially restricted in certain jurisdictions due to legal reasons. Players residing in these countries may not be allowed to play on FanTeam.
-
At all times, FanTeam accepts no responsibility for internet gambling by residents in jurisdictions where it is restricted and/or illegal.
